If you aren’t at peace in your faith believe, just know that you are believing wrongly. Just know that you are believing the wrong gospel.
The true gospel of Jesus Christ will produce in you the peace of mind, it will produce in you joy in the holy Ghost, it will produce in you God’s righteousness.
The true gospel will settle every fear of the cares of this world. It will settle the fear of life after this world.
So if you aren’t at peace in the affairs of this world and in the life after here, And if you had no joy in the holy Ghost and if you feel that you aren’t righteous yet, or save yet, and the need to continually confess your sin before you can be righteous, just know that you are believing in the wrong gospel.
Just know that you are not yet in the kingdom. For it is said that the kingdom of God is not about eating and drinking, but rather that the kingdom of God is in righteousness, peace of mind, And joy in the holy Ghost.
If all you know about God’s kingdom and the church of God is about eating and drinking(about all kind of gain with Godliness) just know that you aren’t in the kingdom of God.
Just know that you are outside the kingdom trying to trade in and with the kingdom.
You can’t believe that Jesus has died to save you from your sin and still have fear of losing your salvation or the fear of not making heaven due to the same sin you were saved from. Now that isn’t salvation again my friend.
When you still have reason to harbor the fear of not making heaven due to your sin after confessing the salvation of Jesus, you are indirectly saying that Jesus’ salvation was never truly enough or that he never truly saves you from your sins or that he only saved you from your sins of the past and the need for you to still daily work out your own salvation so as not to lose the one-time salvation he got for you. For me this isn’t grace anymore it is now grace mixed with works.
One thing you will need to ask yourself is, If you can truly save yourself before, why then was there the need to accept the salvation of another in the first place. Why not just keep working out your salvation as many believe they can.
Why the need to first be granted a salvation that you can lose and then the need to start working for to be keep the same salvation you couldn’t gain by yourself works in the first place.
Jesus speaking in the book John 10:27-29 he said, My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.
Now this sheep here are the believers who believer in the gospel.
He said by believing in the gospel he has given them eternal life and they can never perish. For no one can snatch them at of my hand nor can anyone pluck them out of the father’s hand reason because the father is greater than Anyone or situation that will try to.
Now after reading all that Jesus has said here, you still believe you can still lose your salvation to perish if you do not daily work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, it simply means it is either you were never truly saved by Jesus before or that you never truly believe in this statement of Jesus.
So, after being save by Jesus and even when he had rightly said that he has giving us; the believers, eternal life that we will never perish and that no one can pluck us out of his hand, and that not even the devil, but you still believe that you can by yourself pluck yourself out of God’s hand.
You believe you are stronger than the anyone mentioned; the devil, situation, and God to plug yourself out of God’s hand?
Now did you see how ignorant and self-thinking you really are?
Did you see how much of yourself you so much exonerated, to think without you nothing in this life can be done to save you unless you are involved?
It is this your-self reasoning that will definitely lead you to where you desire to be.
The truth is you are the one saving yourself by yourself all along. Jesus has never been involved in your belief work of salvation.
For the salvation of Christ Jesus is eternal he does not leave half way for us to save ourselves.
